Common order questions
Why does my tracking number show no update?
Tracking may take time to appear after a shipping label is created. Carrier scans can also be delayed between facilities.
Where can I find my tracking number?
If tracking is available for your shipment, it is normally included in the shipping confirmation email associated with your order.
My order says delivered, but I cannot find it.
Check the delivery location, nearby entrances and anyone who may have accepted the package. If the shipment is still missing, contact us with your order details.
